Production & Delivery Timeline
Regular Days (Outside Ramadan & Eid Seasons)
- Production time: 5–7 business days, starting from order confirmation via WhatsApp.
- Once completed, the order is handed over to the shipping company.
- Delivery time: 1–5 business days, depending on the region and courier policy.
- Delivery timeframes are estimated and may be affected by external operational circumstances.
- Local and GCC shipping is available.
Ramadan Season
- Production time during Ramadan: 10 business days after size confirmation.
Eid Orders – Within Riyadh
- Last day to place orders: Sunday, March 9.
- Orders placed after this date will be produced after Eid Al-Fitr according to order priority.
Eid Orders – Outside Riyadh
- Last day to place orders: Wednesday, March 4.
- Orders placed after this date will be produced after Eid according to order priority. Delivery times depend on DHL shipping timelines.
Orders Placed After 20 Ramadan
- Orders placed after the 20th of Ramadan 4 March will be produced after the Eid holiday.
- Production time begins from the first working day after Eid.
- Production time: 10 business days.
- Once completed, the order will be handed over to the shipping company (delivery takes 1–5 business days depending on the region).
